The man fell from a building in Radett ir-Roti, Xemxija, on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay, at around 6.30pm.
Civil Protection Department officials went on site to investigate and an ambulance was called to take the man to St Luke’s Hospital.
Although the man suffered serious injuries, his condition was not classified as critical.
Qawra district police are investigating the incident.
