In line with the free dissemination policy, the National Statistics Office will be offering a new service for statistical users – the European Statistical Data Support (ESDS) Centre.

This centre will form part of a EU-wide network of ESDS Centres that are aimed at supporting statistical users who require assistance or clarifications about European statistical data.

The ESDS centre will operate within the Library & Information Unit of the NSO and users requiring assistance to check on availability of data/publications, verify/validate data, find methodological notes and resolve technical problems in accessing/downloading data can contact the ESDS Centre where a designated team will offer their support.

Users wishing to contact the ESDS Centre can submit a request via the contact form available at www.nso.gov.mt/REQUEST.htm, send an email to [email protected] (indicating ESDS in the subject field) or contact the centre by telephone at 2599-7219. The centre is open from 9am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays (1 October to 15 June) and 9am to 1pm, Mondays to Fridays (16 June to 30 September).
