The public will be able to walk around the whole barracks,thus experiencing the daily life of a soldier as they go through the exhibits and hands-on activities specially prepared for the event.
In addition, there will be special displays in the central parade ground every half hour as shown below:

Apart from its scheduled displays,the AFM Band will also be playing military tunes while marching around Luqa Barracks at various intervals.
Children’s activities include a miniature abseiling/rock climbing wall, an assault course, rides on military vehicles and a treasure hunt with prizes. Adults can make use of the miniature range and handle weapons, while those brave enough to take the brunt of a drill Sergeant Major can take part in the drill and marching events. Hot snacks and drinks will be available on site at the AFM field kitchen.
Parking will not be allowed inside barracks, but there is more than ample space in the immediate vicinity.
