Villa Chelsea is a half-way-house run by the foundation for clients with mental health problems. This is the second agreement signed by the union with a non-governmental organisation.
Chairman Anthony Guillaumier and chief executive officer Doris Gauci signed on behalf of the foundation and the union was represented by Charles Micallef, John Briffa and Nadia Abdilla.
