The FWAB should be completed and sent as a normal absentee ballot. The embassy regrets it is unable to accept ballots for mailing back to the United States. However, several courier services are offering discounts to US citizens who wish to mail their ballots back to the US.

Those wishing to avail themselves of such services are kindly requested to contact the couriers directly.
