This is one place to come if you are a shushi and sashimi lover. But even if you are not, there is plenty of variety for the food lover. The décor is unobtrusive and minimalist with attention given to details such as crockery.
There are starters aplenty including Marinated Red Mullet and Wok Fried Tiger Prawns. The Eastern Breeze favourites are still there so if you had enjoyed them before you might like to eat them again: Red Tuna Sashimi, Tod Ma Pla (fish cake with coconut rice and Oriental cucumber dip), Indian Vegetable Curry and Five Spices Chicken Breast.
The Seasonal Seven Sins Fusion Starter Selection is a meal in itself and includes Sushi with wasabi and soya. It would probably be enough even for those with a Gozilla-like appetite.
There is meat and poultry for your entrée: Indian Butter Chicken served with tomato, spinach and jasmine rice; Nuoc Cham Gung which is oven baked lamb rack with coriander, tomato crust on ginger and garlic sauce, sweet cardamon carrots and Arabic rice. There are vegetarian dishes and a variety of seafood including the Eastern Breeze's now famous Wok-fried Jumbo Prawns with Pak choi, cashew nuts on creamy Tom Yum steamed rice.
The desserts are truly divine with almond and passion fruit crème brulée, Ginger infused Dark Chocolate Cake and for those who require variety down to the last dish cannot do better than select the Share Your Sweet Dreams selection.
The Eastern Breeze is just the place to toy over your dreams, sweet and otherwise. This restaurant has quiet quality but it is not formal, although it is not a place to slurp your noodles either.
