Further to an appeal launched on the occasion of the Illumination Ceremony at Malta International Airport by Deputy Prime Minister Tonio Borg, MIA’s CEO Peter Bolech presented a number of toys to 24 refugee children currently

living at the Safi Barracks Refugee Centre.

“The true meaning of Christmas is not just celebrations but more importantly helping people in dire need. Today, we would like to do something extra and bring into these children’s hearts the joy of Christmas and convey our message of solidarity and love,” Peter Bolech said.
