Chipita 7 Days croissants, imported and distributed by Pemix Ltd, sponsored an event in the programme celebrating World Children’s Day. More than 1,000 schoolchildren participated in a morning filled with activities held at St Paul’s Missionary College, St Agatha’s Lane, Rabat.

The key message of this event was children’s rights and the children had the opportunity to spend some hours free from all the pressures currently associated with childhood.

The main feature of the event was a one-and-a-half-hour concert by children of various ages celebrating childhood through dance, singing and drama which was coordinated by Agenzija Appogg and compered by experienced young presenters.

This event was organised by The Office of the Children’s Commissioner, Agenzija Appogg, the Health Promotion Unit, the Malta Sports Council, Sedqa, the Malta Scouts Association and the Malta Girl Guides Association.
