Commercial And residential telephone bills issued in January 2005 General Guide lines

Maltacom plc is once again publishing general information pertaining to commercial and residential bills due to be issued in the coming days. The initiative targets optimum service to our customers.

Standard payments

Commercial customers will be billed for the following: -

Rental charges (January 2005)

Telephone calls – local and international; Premium Services (Televoting); mobile and paging (December 2004)

Other services

Apart from standard charges, the telephone bill will include: -

Direct International Calls – 50% reduction daily between 8 and 10pm (from 10/12/04 to 31/12/04)

Reduced rates for local calls to mobile – go mobile and Vodafone

Residential customers will be billed for the following: -

Cycle ‘A’:

Rental charges (January and February 2005)

Telephone calls – local and international; Premium Services (Televoting); mobile and paging (November and December 2004)

Other telecommunications services provided for third parties

Apart from standard charges, the telephone bill will include other charges as follows: -

Incoming Collect Calls

Donations pledged via telephone to an indicated number. Charities, philanthropic societies and political organisations organised fund-raising campaigns urging the general public to pledge donations.

Maltacom’s Branch Offices in Malta and Gozo as well as the One Stop Centre in Floriana are open weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12 noon and 12.15 to 3.30pm
