Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited has just launched the first in a series of discretionary portfolio investment services for 2005. The Sterling Income Bonds Portolio-2008 is a composite of investment grade bonds, issued by foreign issuers, denominated in Sterling and matures in four years time.

The total indicative return on the investment will be five per cent per annum which is based on the current yield to maturity of the bonds forming part of the portfolio and is subject to market movement until the pricing date when it will be fixed and advised to investors.

The chairman of the company, Jesmond Mizzi. stated: “Last year the company introduced this service and the response was very good. In 2005 the company will once again be selecting various portfolios that are being requested by investors who seek investment grade bonds in various currencies. As investors are eager to know what return they will receive over the period of their investment and the value at maturity, this service is ideal for such investors.”

This discretionary portfolio service will invest in investment grade bonds thus giving the investor exposure from Aaa to A grade bonds. Investors will get back their capital and the last interest payment in December 2008. Potential investors can participate with a lump sum investment of at least GBP3000 or other currency equivalent. The service which is now available has a limited offer period till 25 February.
