United Automobile Celebrates sales centre’s second anniversary

United Automobile Limited is celebrating the second anniversary of the opening of its new after sales service centre in Lija. The new centre, apart from offering Opel and Saab drivers, a state of the art facility, has been developed with the customer in mind and has also led to a significant increase in efficiency.

“United Automobile Limited offers Opel and Saab drivers one of the most advanced after sales service centres in Malta. Equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and with a staff complement trained by Opel and Saab, our centre offers an unrivalled ability to service cars as well as to pinpoint and solve any difficulties which might arise. The quality of the facilities at our after sales service centre not only helps our customers to enjoy the use of their cars but also contributes to maintaining a high resale value ,” said Mr Edmund Gatt Baldacchino, United Automobile’s Managing Director.

The United Automobile Limited after sales centre opened in March 2003. The centre, apart from technical excellence, also provides Opel drivers with access to a well stocked modern warehouse. United Automobile are in direct contact with Opel/Saab warehouses and assure original parts are delivered on a weekly basis, ensuring customers do not have to wait unduly for any repairs which may be necessary.

“Potential car buyers are aware that a high level of after sales service is as important as ensuring that the car they purchase meets their needs and expectations. The new after sales centre in Lija represented a significant investment for United but the results, in terms of the quality of service which we are now able to offer, have certainly justified this decision. In the two years since opening more than 12,000 vehicles were serviced at our after sales centre in Lija. Our commitment is to serve our customers better, thus ensuring customers will consider purchasing another vehicle from United.

The new premises also house a training centre. United believes that its human resources is vital in maintaining a customer focused mission. Continuous training which are based on Opel/Saab concepts are a must for all employees. Only in this manner can we make sure that we keep updated with the latest technological and engineering changes,” concluded Mr Gatt Baldacchino.
