Go Mobile has once again assisted Insite, the student organisation, by sponsoring its seminar ‘Insite Out’ and the ‘National Students Congress’, which were concurrently held at the Jerma Palace Hotel in Marsascala over the weekend of 25 – 27 February.
As the sole media organisation on University Campus, Insite held one of its main annual events, the National Students Congress, to give students the opportunity to voice their opinions on certain issues. The congress was entitled 'The Role of the Student in Maltese Society'. Among those present for the congress were a number of distinguished guests and all the official student representatives to present their organisation's position on discussion topics.
'Insite Out', a media-oriented seminar, involved the participation of seventy selected students in workshops, activities and discussions over the same whole weekend. Those who attended also had the opportunity to form part of the National Students Congress.
Go Mobile has been sponsoring Insite since last October. Insite has proved to be a very well-run student organisation and both president, Lysanne Bakker, and Insite secretary general, Neil Kerr, are ensuring that the team's efforts provide fruitful results to the student while maintaining Insite's position on Campus. The sponsorship of Insite confirms Go Mobile's strong belief in this organisation's role in developing students' resources, growth and education.
