In line with its stated commitment to support Culture and the Arts in Malta, Camilleri Wines have supported the organisation of Art Club 2000’s latest arts and crafts exhibition which was held at the Red Tower on the outskirts of Mellieha. Camilleri Wines associated itself with this event and provided wine from its successful Palatino range.
“Camilleri Wines is delighted to have been associated with this interesting event, which turned out to be a very successful one for the organisers and all the participating members of Art Club 2000,” said Camilleri Wines marketer Etienne Mallia. “The event was a unique opportunity for the club’s members to demonstrate their talent in various arts and crafts at the unique historic setting of the Red Tower and accompanied by fine wine that further emphasised the social aspect of the exhibition. As producers of traditional Maltese wine, Camilleri Wines are glad to have associated themselves with Art Club 2000, who endeavour to promote local arts, crafts and culture to the Maltese public,” he added.
Visitors to the exhibition were greeted by various artistic creations, ranging from drawings, paintings and sculptures to traditional and non-traditional craftwork such as padded boxes, 3D decoupage, stained glass and crochet, among others.
