Bay Street’s CEO James Davis has appointed his executive management team who will assist him in overseeing daily operations and the strategic direction of the Bay Street Tourist Complex. The executive management team is made of six executives all of whom have different areas of specialisation.

The executive team was completed following the recent employment of two new executives, Lenka Cini, executive secretary and PA to the CEO and John Borg, hotel operation manager.

In her new role Ms Cini will be assisting Mr Davis in operators and staff relations. Ms Cini is a graduate in management from the City University, Bellevue, Washington. She also has a diploma in human resource management from the University of Leicester. Ms Cini has a wealth of experience in travel and tourism.

Mr Borg has over 30 years experience in the hotel industry. John Borg has worked in almost every hotel department throughout his career.

Other appointments include Charles Abela, facilities and technical manager; Ian Bonello, financial controller and Martin Sapiano who was recently promoted to marketing and events manager.
