As part of its continuous staff training programme, Marks & Spencer(Malta) recently organised an in-house training workshop for its sales team.
Entitled “Developing effective customer retention & personal selling skills”, the training programme focused in its entirety on the importance of offering Marks & Spencer’s discerning customers an optimal quality service.
The training programme was opened by Richard Scerri, Retail Operations Manager, who emphasised the importance of offering clients personalised sales assistance and optimal customer service.
The three-day training programme, held at the Sliema branch’s in-house training suite, was run by M. Fsadni & Associates, Marketing & HR development consultants.
