Fourteen members of Barceló Riviera Resort & Spa’s senior and middle management recently participated in an intensive, one week programme conducted by Ms Larissa Redaelli of New Training Dynamics at the resort in Marfa. The workshop, entitled Achieving Excellence in Customer Service using NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming – is based on managing internal and external customer relationships.
Other topics covered included achieving excellence in communication, successful planning and strategic selling techniques. All the participants were presented with certificates by Ms Redaelli during a presentation held at the resort.
