In a bid to offer a different take on the usual salads, TGI Friday’s have launched four new supreme salads, guaranteed to appeal to consumers looking for a light and healthy meal. The supreme salads range consists of Strawberry Fields Salad, Buffalo Chicken Salad, Southwestern Chicken Caesar Salad and Barbecue Chicken Salad.

Marco Debono, marketing executive for TGI Friday’s in Malta, said, “Not only is TGI Friday’s a fun place to visit, but we encourage our guests to try new versions of their favourite order. We know there are many customers looking for delicious menu alternatives, and at Friday’s we are pleased to have many choices.”

Supreme salads offer some great tastes for guests each time they visit. The Strawberry Fields Salad is a refreshing treat of romaine lettuce, walnuts tossed in balsamic vinaigrette dressing and topped with fresh strawberries, shaved Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.

The Buffalo Chicken Salad consists of a tasty grilled buffalo-glazed chicken breast served over crisp romaine, topped with colby cheese, fresh pico de gallo and a tangy jalapeno bleu cheese dressing.

The Southwestern Chicken Caesar Salad has a spicy, chargrilled chicken breast heaped atop TGI Friday’s savoury Southwestern Caesar Salad and garnished with fresh pico de gallo and crisp tortilla strips, whilst the Barbecue Chicken Salad is a sweet, smoky barbecue-glazed chicken breast on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, green onions and cilantro and topped with colby and monterey jack cheeses, served with our tangy barbecue vinaigrette.

Guests who wish to order TGI. Friday’s all time favourites such as Baby Back Ribs or Chargrilled Chicken & Beef Sizzlin’ Fajita Tower, may still do so from the regular menu.
