Avantech Limited recently donated a Canon Fax Machine to the Junior School at St Edward’s College in Cottonera.

Jojo Bonett from Avantech told Ann Tabone, head of St Edward’s Junior School, that the company has always been sensitive to environmental issues and this presentation was part of a current drive to increase public awareness and let children have their say about the matter.

To this end, the pupils of the Junior School were responsible for creating a vivid poster with an environment related theme. The poster, which draws attention to issues currently afflicting our island, is a plea from our youth to safeguard our countryside and ultimately their inheritance.

The artwork will be turned into a billboard and will shortly be erected in Mtarfa, limits of Rabat.
