Children and young people had the opportunity to learn about the UN’S Convention on the Rights of the Child during an HSBC Cares For Children Fund sponsored course, entitled Rights, Respect and Responsibilities.

The course, organised by the Commissioner for Children at Mount St Joseph, gave youngsters the opportunity to learn about the need to protect the rights of children and young people, helped them understand their responsibilities and offered a framework for teaching and learning.
