Starwood Italy and Malta recently held its yearly Human Resources regional meeting at The Westin Dragonara Resort.

Led by Regional Human Resources director for Italy and Malta Mario Di Loreto, this full day meeting was attended by human resources managers and training managers from 15 Starwood properties from various regions in Italy and Malta.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss upcoming Human Resources projects, to review the first six months in each of the properties, to exchange ideas and to collaborate on various projects.

A team building activity was also held through a sailing activity done in collaboration with The Challenge Team of Rome.
