Emirates Airline is holding another recruitment drive in Malta between 26 and 29 August in search of confident, service-oriented cabin crew to join its rapidly expanding, multi-national workforce. This is the second recruitment drive in Malta in the last three months.

Emirates’ in-flight service is acknowledged to be among the best in the world, as voted by Business Traveller Magazine in 2004. The carefully-groomed public face of the airline clearly projects the company’s overall excellence in everything it does.

The Malta Emirates recruitment drive will commence with the Cabin Crew Open Day on Friday 26 August at the Intercontinental Hotel, St George’s Bay, at 9am sharp. Interested applicants are required to present an updated resumé together with a full length and passport size photographs in business attire.

Successful candidates from the Open Day will be invited to attend further interviews during Screening Day on Saturday 27 August. Final interviews will be held on Sunday 28 and Monday 29 August. The selected candidates will be given specialised training in Dubai. On completing the introductory course for cabin crew, they will join more than 50 Maltese nationals who are currently working for the Dubai-based airline.

Emirates offers competitive, tax-free salaries, attractive travel benefits, career security and excellent professional development opportunities. These include access to modern training facilities as well as e-learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the company. Living in Dubai also offers many lifestyle benefits to cabin crew.

Rick Helliwell, Emirates’ Manager Recruitment, said: “The airline’s success is largely due to its highly skilled and committed workforce. In today’s global employment market, talented employees have more choice than ever on where to work and whom to work for, as they seek to combine career satisfaction with a quality lifestyle.

“Here at Emirates we regard people as the real keys to our success. We are truly international, with people from more than 120 nationalities creating diversity in the workforce and contributing to the innovative thinking which has driven our positive growth and strong business results.”
