“Bank of Valletta is a dynamic organisation, which recognises its staff as its most valuable asset. The bank’s staff suggestion scheme, which was set up in 1998, rewards staff members who put forward ideas on how to enhance its operational processes in order to continue providing quality service to its customers. This scheme has experienced ever-increasing popularity among staff members and almost 400 suggestions were received during the last quarter”.
This was said by Bank of Valletta CEO’s office executive head Charles Borg during the presentation of prizes for suggestions accepted during the second quarter of the current financial year.
The best suggestion of the quarter was submitted by Amanda Bilocca from the Bank’s Rabat branch, while Joseph Vella, currently deployed at the Floriana branch, made the most suggestions that were accepted during the quarter. Both winners were awarded a cash prize and a certificate marking their achievement.
