Join the Westin associates and Joseph Chetcuti of Nies Ta’ Veru fame, in their quest to raise funds in aid of UNICEF on Sunday 2 October from 9am till 1.30pm at the Camel Pit at the Westin Dragonara Resort.
A partnership between UNICEF and Starwood has already raised over $11 million, enabling UNICEF to immunise millions of children against six major killing disease.
This year, the Westin Dragonara is going a step further to increase donations that will help UNICEF and hurricane Katrina victims.
The Camel Pit, just before the Dragonara Casino, will turn into a world of activities this Sunday morning where local bands and singers like Ira Losco will perform and artists and photographers such as Kurt Arrigo will sell their work of arts.
There will also be a car boot sale, car wash and lottery wheel where fantastic prizes among which meals for two in the many restaurants of the Westin and weekend breaks can be won. Kids will be having a large area dedicated to their entertainment where the Westin’s Kids Club staff will provide a number of activities and games. Refreshments will also be available.
