The board of directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc has approved the following appointments in senior management of the Farsons Group. The senior managers have also been appointed members of the group executive board.

Ray Grech has been appointed chief marketing officer. Mr Grech will be responsible for the marketing and selling of Farsons products, Wands Ltd, Anthony Caruana & Sons Ltd and Guido Vella Ltd as well as exports. Mr Grech joined the Farsons Group in 1982.

Charles Xuereb has been appointed chief financial officer of the group. Mr Xuereb joined the Farsons Group in 1995.

Norman Aquilina, managing director of Quintano Foods Ltd has also been given the responsibility for Vita Sana srl and Eco Pure Premium Water Co Ltd.

On the group executive board these three officials will be joining the chief operations officer, Paul Micallef and the group HR manager, Arthur Muscat.
