MaltaNET celebrates customer service week

For the fourth year running, maltaNET last Monday joined thousands of other companies around the world to celebrate Customer Service Week. This yearly event aims to emphasise the importance of customer service excellence as well as honour frontline employees, while at the same time boosting teamwork and motivation among the various teams within the organisation.

Several activities are scheduled for this week including awarding those employees who, in the opinion of their colleagues, were most helpful during the past year.

Other events include video presentations, customer care related games, management doing front line staff duties as well as blood donation by employees and customers.

“Customer Service Week is an important event in maltaNET’s calendar and each year we seek to organise activities to show appreciation to all employees within the organisation who have direct contact with customers.

“The activity also seeks to emphasise the importance we give to customer service excellence and serves to visibly thank customers who support us throughout the year”, said David Gatt, team leader of the customer care team.
