In 1994, Swarovski wished to shed its production of the less expensive jewellery collection. Two of the company’s managers, Oliver Weber and Alexander Stabinger, bought out this strategic part of Swarovski jewellery, launching the elegant Oliver Weber Jewellery.

Developed and manufactured in Austria, the most integral aspect of this high-quality fashion jewellery collection is the use of Swarovski crystal. Swarovski is the industry leader of sharp-cut crystal production which gives the crystal additional brilliance and a diamond-like sparkle.

The Oliver Weber Collection has since developed two new lines. In 1997, the first jewelled figurines were introduced onto the collectors’ market. The Oliver Weber Collectibles are figurines cast and finished with plating, enamel and handset crystals. These items will appeal to Swarovski collectors to complement their collection.

In 2004, a totally new line was introduced by Oliver Weber, which is called Life. Watches and 925 Sterling silver jewellery are sold under this brand, which focuses on the younger generation.
