Perry Limited participated in a well-attended property exhibition held at The Royal Dublin Society in Dublin last week. Perry’s delegation was headed by managing director Francis Spiteri Paris and included Christopher Gatt Floridia and Etienne Grech.

As well as featuring individual and private residences, Perry Ltd also covered every development currently taking place in Malta and Gozo, together with the new and exciting projects expected to be released for sale in the near future.

Detailed seminars were organised every hour throughout the exhibition and covered a wide variety of topics including the legal aspect when purchasing property abroad, as well as the financial benefits each country offers.

Malta has remained a firm favourite with the British public, as was evident by the encouraging turnout and seriousness of the enquiries. Two property shows in London, as well as one in Holland and another in Dubai are the next property exhibitions Perry Limited will be attending in the coming months.
