BOV Branches to offer extended service hours

As from last Monday, Bank of Valletta has extended its hours of service at a number of its branches across the Island.

In addition to the normal opening hours, a total of 14 branches will also be offering banking services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 4.30pm and 7pm.

The branches that will be offering this extended service are Birkirkara, Fgura, Msida, Paola, Mosta, Qormi, San Gwann, Rabat, Zebbug, Strand - Sliema, Siggiewi, Marsascala, Mellieha and Zurrieq.

Sales and marketing executive head Alan Cassar explained that BOV is committed to its customers’ financial needs and seeks to support and assist its customers in every way by offering added value in terms of quality service and products.

Customers calling at one of these branches during the extended service hours can discuss their financial requirements with BOV staff who will be offering an array of products and services including life assurance products, collective investment schemes, house loans and personal loans and orders for transactions on the securities market.

Customers can also open new accounts and apply for any of the wide range of BOV self-service banking products, including the 24x7 banking service package, standing orders, the SMS top-up service and credit and debit cards.
