Belair Takes part in Dublin exhibition

Belair Real Estate, together with their Gozo partners Paradise Property, participated in a well-attended property exhibition held at The Royal Dublin Society in Dublin last week.

Belair’s team was headed by director Ian Casolani and included Peter and Robert Pisani from Paradise Property in Gozo. Individual residences, together with various blocks and developments under construction in Malta and Gozo, were featured and offered.

Agents and developers from various countries took part in the exhibition, during which detailed seminars were organised on an hourly basis, covering a wide variety of issues such as the legal aspect when purchasing property abroad. The financial benefits and tax incentives offered by each country were also discussed in many of these seminars.

The Irish still regard Malta as one of their favourite destinations, and this was obvious from the number of enquiries that were generated. A desire for more flights and possibly low-cost airlines to Malta was also very evident, according to a company statement.

Belair are planning to attend other shows in the UK early next year.
