Go Mobile’s customer contact centre in Sliema is now open for business and is offering all Go Mobile’s products, services and Christmas offers. The centre is located in the heart of Sliema, in Bisazza Street.

This is Go Mobile’s eighth customer contact centre, with the others being located in St Julian’s (Bay Street), Valletta (Embassy shopping centre), Fgura (Zabbar Road), Msida (University roundabout), Malta International Airport (Arrivals Hall), Victoria (Fortunato Mizzi Street) and Marsa head office (Fra Diego Street).

Meanwhile, Go Mobile would like to remind all its post-paid and pre-paid customers that calls to its customer call centre (146) have been free of charge for the past five years. This service, together with the pre-paid credit check facility (1232), has always been offered at no charge.

In addition, Go Mobile was the first telecoms provider in Malta to invest in and operate a 24-hour, 7-days a week call centre facility, meaning that the freephone 146 is available all through the week at any hour of the day. This around-the-clock facility has been available since 1 December 2000.
