Maltanet managers and team leaders recently participated in an intensive training programme incorporating neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) methodologies and techniques, organised and conducted by Larissa Redaelli, licensed NLP trainer (USA, ABNLP) from New Training Dynamics and Ms Esmeralda Micallef Zerafa, licensed NLP practitioner.

The training focused on enhancing inter and intra-personal communication and managing internal and external customer relationships and strategic selling. Other topics covered included motivation, communication and self-development.

Maltanet Human Resources executive Dorianne Bianco Mallia said: “All the participants agreed that the training by New Training Dynamics was very worthwhile, and that NLP is a very effective tool in day-to-day management.”
