On Saturday, 11 February, Olive Productions are organising an Enzo Gusman concert.

Enzo Gusman is undeniably one of the most popular singers in the Maltese islands. Starting his career over 40 years ago, he built a vast repertoire including many popular self-penned hit songs such as Fil-Pjazza tar-rahal, M’ghadekx li kont, Ghax ghadni nhobbok, L-Avukat tal-Karozzin and many others. Apart from these local favourites, Enzo also gives impeccable interpretations of all-time favourite songs of international artists appealing to all ages including Elvis, Tom Jones, Andrea Bocelli and Ricky Martin just to name a few.

His success also included winning several local song festivals such as L-Ghanja tal-Poplu in 1997 and the Malta Song Contest in 1966,1974,1976,1995 and 2000. He took part in a number of international festivals, including Olympiade de le chanson in Greece and World Popular Song Festival in Tokyo, Japan.

Enzo Gusman is also a very popular presenter. His career as a presenter included TV shows like Familja Net and Bejn il-Basla and several radio shows. Presently, he is presenting the very popular show Bejn il-Hbieb on Calypso Radio.

Enzo Gusman’s performance will be at Sir Temi Zammit auditorium, at the university.
