Maltanet has announced that, with immediate effect, it has extended its telephone support to 24-hour cover, including Saturdays and Sundays. The support will be available through its customer care centre in Balzan over the phone and through email.
Commenting about this development, maltanet Customer Care manager Jason Vella said: “One of our main values at maltanet is achieving excellence in providing customer care. It is our objective not only to be the leading provider of customer care services in the broadband market, but also to serve as a best practice for the local service industry. 24x7 support was an obvious step we had to take to cater for the growing needs of our ever-increasing customer base.
