Maltanet Extends its customer care hours to offer 24-hour support

Maltanet has announced that with immediate effect it has extended its telephone support to 24-hour coverage, including Saturdays and Sundays. The support will be available through its customer care centre in Balzan over the phone and through e-mail.

Commenting about this development, Jason Vella, Maltanet Manager Customer Care said “One of our main values at maltanet is achieving excellence in providing customer care. It is our objective not only to be the leading provider of Customer Care services in the broadband market, but also to serve as a best practice for the local service industry. 24x7 support was an obvious step we had to take to cater for the growing needs of our ever increasing customer base. Over the coming months we will be announcing other initiatives which will continue to improve on the experience customers get when interacting with us."
