In celebration of 50 years as Malta’s most popular wine brand, Lachryma Vitis gave something back to its customers by holding a competition.

Thousands of participants took part in the competition, and the draw to decide the winner took place on 17 January at the Lachryma Vitis winery. After the winning envelope had been drawn from a closed container holding all the envelopes, the lucky participant was telephoned and asked a question regarding Lachryma Vitis, which was answered correctly.

Last week, the winner, Mrs M. Falzon of Qormi, was

presented with the keys to a brand new KIA Picanto at the KIA showrooms by Lachryma Vitis director Mario Delicata.

Lachryma Vitis, Malta’s oldest wine brand, was established in 1955.
