Once again, Chinese New Year, which this year is incidentally The Year of the Dog, will be celebrated at InterContinental Malta’s signature restaurant, Eastern Breeze until 25 February. Chinese Chef and noodle specialist Bai Jun Ning is in Malta from Bejing, with the support of Emirates, to treat Eastern Breeze patrons to his authentic delicacies.

Among other authentic and interesting Chinese dishes, Mr Bai will be demonstrating the art of DaoXiaoMian noodle making, which are those noodles that are sliced off a sizable chunk of well-kneaded dough with an implement, that looks more like a carpenter’s plastering tool than a kitchen utensil.

A special a la carte menu, with various types of noodles as a main feature, will be available every evening at the Eastern Breeze throughout the Chinese Week, except Sundays. Reservations are recommended on 21 377 600.
