AX Holdings Group of Companies has recently appointed Dr David Wain to the post of company lawyer. Based at the Group’s head office in Mosta Road, Lija, Dr Wain will be responsible to set up and head the AX Holdings’ Legal Department.

Dr Wain brings with him a wealth of experience. He graduated BA Legal and European Studies in 1999 and later Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2002. He was previously engaged as litigation lawyer with a respected local firm of advocates and later employed as litigation and advice lawyer with a leading financial institution.
