New Food and beverage managerfor the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz

Dirk Reinhardt has recently joined the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz management team in the capacity of food and beverage manager.

Mr Reinhardt started his career in the hotel industry back in 1997, when he was responsible for a number of banqueting facilities at the Astron Resort in Germany.

In 1999, he joined the Kempinski Hotels and after a five-year period at the Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich, he was promoted and transferred to the sister hotel, namely the Kempinski Hotel Julia in Kuwait. Here, he was responsible for two restaurants and the banquet sales and event planning for up to 900 guests.

During this period, he managed to build a high quality and efficient food and beverage team and excelled in one of his main roles, which was to control the departmental finances. Extensive experience was gained from his responsibility to manage both the outside catering and service, which the Kuwait Airport out sourced from the Kempinski Hotel Julia for their first class, as well as their business class lounge.
