An Excellent rating certificate by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) has been awarded to Golden Harvest, Malta’s leading manufacturer of bakery, confectionery and ice-cream products.

This rating was achieved following an inspection of the company’s facility by AIB’s food safety auditors who inspected the company’s premises and operation processes.

The AIB rating was issued on the basis of Golden Harvests’ Food Safety & Hygiene Programme; the HACCP Plan procedures and implementation; the excellent Pest Control Programme; its operational methods and personnel practices; its Personnel Training Programme; the maintenance of food safety; a good Cleaning Practices Programme and first-class maintenance of documents.

Golden Harvest Mfg. Co. Ltd is a Maltese family run company which is now in its sixtieth year.
