Amadeo Minghi Concert in May

Italian singer Amadeo Minghi will be giving an open air concert on Saturday 13 May.

The singer will perform live his all-time hits and songs from his recent album Su di me. Amadeo Minghi will be accompanied by his band and crew.

The singer is being brought to Malta by M & E Management Group.

Amadeo Minghi started his musical career back in the late 1960s. His first album, Amadeo Minghi, was released in 1973. In total he released 23 albums in Italian and another three in foreign languages. His major hits are Vita Mia, Bella Notte Magnifica, Vattene Amore, Quando l’Estate Verra and the song dedicated to the late Pope John Paul II Un Uomo Venuto da Lontano which was a huge success in the Italian charts.

Minghi had more hits in the charts with other songs during his successful career. Minghi is also a renowned composer; besides writing songs he composed music for film soundtracks and besides he even composed songs for various Italian singers such as Mietta.

He also participated in the famous Sanremo Festival together with Mietta and Mariella Nava, both renowned Italian female singers. Minghi’s mellow music has attracted different age group listeners and this portrays an assurance that his Maltese fans together with the lovers of Italian music will flock to the 13 May event.
