David Maunder, the recently elected director for international development will be visiting Malta between Monday and Wednesday, the Malta committee of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (Cilt Malta) said yesterday.

On Monday, Mr Maunder will be presenting certificates to the students who completed their advanced diploma, and membership certificates to new members.

The recipients of the certificates are:

Advanced Diploma in Transport Studies: David Fleri Soler, Eric Cutajar, Johann Vella, Ian Sullivan.

Chartered Membership (MCilt): Ivan X Gatt, Adrian Fenech, Charles Attard Bezzina, Kurt Gutteridge, Michael Fleri Soler, Alexander Borg, Albert Tedesco.

Member (Milt): Chris Bonaci, James Barbara, John Muscat, Daren Zahra, Olin Grech.

Fellowship (FCilt): Charles Schembri, John Portelli.

Cilt Malta will be also launching its new web site, which is intended to update members on developments in the local transport and logistics sector, provide information and links with Cilt International and other sections around the world, and give details on the new educational programmes.

The event will be held at the Chamber of Commerce, Republic Street, Valletta and will start at 7pm.

A reception will be held after.
