The Ultimate sunglasses collection

French sunglasses specialist Solaris

opened its first European franchise in

the heart of Valletta – Republic Street – last week.

This outlet, operated by P. Cutajar & Co. Ltd, has over a thousand models of top designer brands on display.

Solaris is the first local outlet that is dedicated entirely to sunglasses, with the largest selection available under one roof. The concept is simple and effective: the client can browse around for the choice and price bracket desired. There is unassisted access to all the sunglasses on display.

If the client wishes assistance, trained sales personnel can give advice on technical matters, as well as styles.

Solaris is at the forefront of fashion and style, with a selection of designer models, with exciting and creative designs from such leading global brands as Ray Ban, Gucci, Versace, Cavalli, Cartier, Valentino and Dior on display. A leader in sunglasses design and technology, Solaris offers some 60 brands, a wide choice of designs and lens types, with new stock – depending on the latest seasonal fashions – being introduced.

A subsidiary of the Grandvision Group, it operates a network of outlets in France, Monaco, Italy, Portugal, Middle East and Israel. The first Solaris shop was opened in October 1994, and there are now over 50 outlets, with plans to open new ones in a number of countries.
