Verdala Rosé made Valentine’s Day more special again this year, by rewarding the most romantic couple with two Emporio Aramani time pieces from the prestigious designer’s latest watch collection.
On Valentine’s Day, diners who purchased a bottle of Marsovin wine with their dinner, were expected to write a romantic message to their partner in no more than four words, with the most romantic couple winning their message engraved on the back of the watches.
Michelle Bajada and Adrian Theuma, two loyal Verdala wine drinkers, were the romantic winners of this year’s Verdala Rosé Valentine’s Day promotion with their messages “your absence idles time…” and “…your presence strengthens love.” Ms Bajada and Mr Theuma enjoyed this romantic feast at their favourite hideaway, The Palazzo Capua, situated in Sliema, where the romantic atmosphere inspired the couple to write the most romantic messages.
As a gesture of appreciation, the restaurant owners, as well as the waiter who served Ms Bajada and Mr Theuma on the night, were also awarded a token.
