David Martin, 57, has been appointed the Suncrest Hotel’s new food and beverage manager. In his new post, Mr Martin will be responsible for the day-to-day running and the streamlining of all operations within the department.

David Martin comes to this post with a long and impressive career in food and beverage. He is an accomplished hotelier who brings with him a wealth of experience having worked abroad and occupied a number of top positions in some of the most prestigious hotels in Malta, including the Corinthia Group of Companies, the New Dolmen Hotel and the Westin Dragonara.

All food and beverage operations at the Suncrest Hotel are now under the immediate responsibility of Mr Martin, who will be assisted by Sylvia Incorvaia, Senior F&B assistant manager and John Gauci and Angelo Grech, assistant F&B assistant managers.
