This year’s Fireworks Festival, on 29 and 30 April, will provide a completely new experience for enthusiasts.

Valletta Waterfront will be creating a special enclosure along the quays that not only offer the best views of the fireworks but also offer a wide range of entertainment for all the family.

Since the festival will be launching the local festa season, Valletta Waterfront will offer food and drink stalls accompanied by local entertainment to create the right festa atmosphere.

The fireworks festival is organised annually by the Malta Tourism Authority and attracts thousands of people to the Grand Harbour.

This year, it will be given an international guise to celebrate the second anniversary of Malta’s entry into the European Union.

Entrance to this special enclosure, located opposite the Waterfront’s laguna, will cost Lm1.50 per ticket. Those who also wish to have guaranteed elevated seating for the event can also purchase special Lm3 tickets.
