Nissan and Zoo have teamed up for 2006. As part of the sponsorship deal the four members comprising the Zoo team, Chrysander Agius, Daniel Chircop, Owen Bonnici and Claire Agius Ordway have accepted to be the exclusive local TV face for the world renowned Japanese brand.

Jean Paul Attard, marketing manager of Mizzi Organisation Automotive Ltd said: “Our association with the Zoo Team started in 2004.

We are very proud to associate our Nissan brand with the Zoo Team and we are also very pleased to be their main sponsor.

We believe that they are the best stand-up comics on the island and are confident that once again all performances – wherein our Nissan 4x4 vehicles range will be on display – will be a sell out.”

Chrysander Agius explained “The Zoo Team is back in action and is once again starting its theatrical and comical vicious circle. Zoo goes black and white is the theme for the forthcoming show.

It will be staged at the MCC between Friday 21 and 23 April and at the Suncrest Hotel on Sunday 30 April and Monday 1 May.”

Mr Agius added: “We are overwhelmed to be associated with Nissan and hope the public will enjoy the TV commercial we have produced for this great automotive brand.”
