Maltacom has just introduced two convenient methods for customers to buy Easyline PINs from the comfort of their home – or office or anywhere – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Through these facilities, Maltacom customers can purchase their Easyline PINs either through their telephone line or through the Maltacom’s website and pay with their credit or debit card.

Customers choosing these methods of purchase will benefit from five per cent free extra credit on their Easyline PIN until the end of June 2006. The advantage of both systems is that customers receive their PIN immediately.

Through the telephone line

All customers need to do is dial 2121 5000 and follow the voice prompts to enter the value of the Easyline PIN they want to buy ranging between Lm1 and Lm25. The system will then ask customers to enter their type of payment card followed by the card number, expiry month and year.

After the transaction has been processed, the system will give customers the Easyline PIN, which will be repeated until they take note of it and terminate the call.

Through the website

Customers can also buy Easyline card PINs on-line at www.maltacom.com by clicking on <> on the left hand side of the homepage. After choosing the value of the card PIN they want to buy and enter their personal and payment details, the transaction is processed. Customers can then view their Easyline PIN immediately on their computer screen or receive it via SMS within a few seconds – whichever method is more convenient for them.
