Fexco Financial Services (Malta) Limited was one of Malta’s leading financial institutions that participated in this year’s Amitex Travel Fair held between the 27 and 30 April at the Naxxar Trade Fair Grounds.

Fexco’s stand at the fair included an innovative attraction – a Formula 1 car racing competition for people visiting the stand. The competition was contested over a four-day period by a large number of racing enthusiasts and, as the final hour approached, participants were seen eagerly waiting for the result.

The participant with the most creditable placing among all other contestants was Adrian Galea of Naxxar, who placed first with a praiseworthy score of 3 Laps: 10th Position in 3:36:22.

Fexco general manager David Borg Hedley, in the presence of Britannia Tours managing director Noel Farrugia, presented Mr Galea with the coveted prize of an all-inclusive free trip to the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Cataluña, Barcelona between 11 and 15 May.

Speaking at the presentation, Mr Borg Hedley said: “Fexco has once again shown the same innovative spirit and enthusiasm that has placed it at the forefront of local financial business. The company has long become synonymous with competitiveness and trust”, added Mr Borg Hedley.
