A 51-year-old man from Pembroke yesterday was hospitalised after suffering serious injuries following a fall.
According to preliminary police investigations, the man fell while working in a yacht marina in Manoel Island, Gzira, at around 3.15pm.
An ambulance was called on site and took the man to St Luke's Hospital, where he was certified to be suffering from serious injuries but was reported to be in a stable condition.
Duty Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna opened an inquiry and appointed various experts.
