Malta Independent Saturday, 10 June 2006, 00:00 Last update: about 21 years ago

Go mobile has just launched ‘happy hours’ for its pre-paid subscribers. ‘Happy hours’ gives the opportunity to its subscribers to talk for an hour whilst only paying for a minute during off-peak hours – for just 12c.

To subscribe to ‘happy hours’, pre-paid customers can send an SMS with the text RTG HOURS to 4440. Happy hours is applicable to pre-paid subscribers on the Ready to go tariff. When subscribing to happy hours from any other pre-paid tariff, customers will be automatically migrated to Ready to go tariff.

“Go mobile is again offering another value proposition to its prepaid customers, increasing more choice in its pre-paid tariff structures. With happy hours one can enjoy talking for an hour and pay for one minute at only 12c,” said Sandro Gauci, go mobile’s manager prepaid sales.

Happy hours applies to all calls to other go mobile subscribers between 8pm and 8am during weekdays and all day during Saturday and Sunday.

Happy hours calls cost only 12c, for an hour and irrespective of their duration. Calls to other local networks during these off-peak hours are charged at 12c per minute on a ‘per second’ basis. Peak calls are charged 20c for the first minute and 12c a minute thereafter on a per second basis. SMS cost is two cents.

For further information call ‘go care’ on 146 from a go mobile line (call is free) or 79 222 146 from other networks. Terms and conditions apply.
